Kris Fernandes Kris Fernandes works to grow futsal across Canada through coaching, organizing, and advocacy work. He is the President of the Toronto Futsal League, the Tournament Director for the Toronto International Futsal Tournament, and is a member of the Ontario Soccer Association's Futsal Commitee. He has written articles for Inside SOCCER Magazine, and covered both the 2006 FIFA World Cup and the UEFA European Championships for CBC Sports Online.
